today with either direct replacement parts such as Plows, Paddles, Wear
Plates, or Custom Designed Parts to suit your individual needs. You
can count on Kinton Carbide to deliver the highest quality available in
the market at a very competitive price. Muller Plows are fabricated from carbon steel and sintered tungsten carbide platelets silver solder brazed along the working surfaces and edges to provide maximum wear resistance. Along with the carbide coverage, high alumina ceramic can be epoxied to the remaining surface to provide further wear resistance and reduce friction. Use of ceramic facing has proven to reduce energy consumption by 15 to 20%. As a rule, Kinton does not produce a standard coverage plow in terms of the amount of carbide used, our standard plow is premium. |
